THE BOOKING PROCESS

 

When you call us, we will take your details and arrange a viewing appointment with you, where we will visit your home to complete a survey and discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have. If you are relocating to the area or unavailable for a viewing appointment, we will ask for a comprehensive list of items to be able to provide a quote. You will then receive a free no-obligation quotation via email or post. Once you're satisfied and you have an idea of your removal date, you can then return your acceptance of the quote and we will add this date into our diary. We will then be in touch to either arrange the delivery of your materials (if you have opted to pack yourself) or with an agreed date when our team will bring the materials required to pack your home, ready for your confirmed moving date.
